✅ With tags & in its original packaging
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without first contacting us, as we won’t be able to process them.

Need something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order after approval.
For our EU customers, you have 14 days to return an order for any reason—no questions asked! The item must be in its original condition, just like our regular return policy.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval. If accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact us at novelties878@gmail.com.
